BNO Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company d/b/a Driveway2Driveway™. ("us," "we," or "D2D™") is committed to respecting the privacy rights of visitors to and users of the website located at www.driveway2driveway.net (the "Site"). We created this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, as well as the vehicle information and buying and selling services available from the Site (collectively, the "Service"), and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. This Policy is only applicable to the Site and the Service. This Policy does not apply to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site, each of which may have data collection and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Policy, nor does the Policy apply to any services that may be offered by D2D™'s business partners, or where your personally identifiable information is collected by anyone other than D2D™. INFORMATION DRIVEWAY2DRIVEWAY COLLECTS

Contact Information. In operating the Site, we may collect a variety of user-submitted information such as names, email addresses, and other contact information, in order to establish and authenticate user accounts, to facilitate automobile listings and interactions between sellers and prospective buyers, and to send information and notices to our users regarding the Site and the Service.

Vehicle Information. In order for a seller to post a car for sale through the D2D™ site, D2D™ will collect detailed information about the car, including but not limited to make, model, year, mileage, option packages, vehicle identification number (VIN), vehicle registration number, title information and photos of the vehicle.

Transaction Information. In addition to the above mentioned, because we offer certain services that require payment by credit card, if you elect to purchase any of those services, we will collect a credit card number and your address and other billing information in order to validate and process the transaction.

Additional Information. From time to time, we may use the standard "cookies" feature of major browser applications that allows us to store a small piece of data on your computer about your visit to the Site. We do not set any personally identifiable information in cookies, nor do we employ any data capture mechanisms on the Site other than cookies. Cookies help us learn which areas of the Site are useful and which areas need improvement. You can choose whether to accept cookies by changing the settings on your browser. However, if you choose to disable this function, your experience at the Site may be diminished and some features may not work as they were intended.

USE AND SHARING OF INFORMATION

We may provide your contact information to prospective buyers for that vehicle. However, it is our policy only to reveal your name to the buyer at the closing of the vehicle sale unless authorized beforehand by the seller.

If, as a seller of a vehicle, you purchase from us any of our services that require access to you or your vehicle by us or any of our third-party business partners, then we may provide your contact information to those third-party business partners (who will be identified at the time that you purchase the applicable services) so that they may follow up with you and provide you with the purchased services.

In addition, if you are a seller of a vehicle who has provided us with the vehicle information necessary to post your car for sale on the Site we may disclose any or all of that information to buyers who express an interest in your vehicle. We may do so in any and all available formats, whether written, electronic, oral or otherwise.

If you contact us as a prospective buyer for a vehicle that has been listed through the Service, we may provide your contact information to the seller of the vehicle in which you are interested.

In addition, we may use your personal information to verify your identity and follow up with transactions initiated on the Site. We may also use your contact information to inform you of any changes to the Site or the Service, or to send you additional information about us. We may share your contact information with our business partners or other companies so that they may send you promotional materials or otherwise contact you regarding services that they offer that may be relevant to your use of the Site or the Service.

We use anonymous information to analyze our Site traffic, but we do not examine this information for individually identifying information. In addition, we may use anonymous Internet Protocol addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer the Site, or to display the content according to your preferences. Traffic and transaction information may also be shared with business partners and advertisers on an aggregate and anonymous basis.

We may use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests, to save your user ID or password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site, or for other purposes. Promotions or advertisements displayed on our site may contain cookies. We do not have access to or control over information collected by outside advertisers on our site.

You can notify us at any time that you want to terminate your D2D™ account and D2D™'s storage of your personal information, and upon receipt of that notice, we will remove all information about you from our database. In addition, you can review your personal information on our site and ensure that it remains current and correct. Through your personal profile you may review and update your personal information that we have collected. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your personal information remains current and correct and accurately reflects your preferences regarding how you would like us to treat your personal information.

DATES AND CHANGES

We reserve the right, at any time, to add to, change, update, or modify this Policy, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on the Site and without any other notice to you. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review this Policy from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its terms.

WEBSITE AREAS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

The Site may contain links to other websites. If you choose to visit other websites, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the privacy policies of those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.
